The combination of herbs helps to extract fat deposits in the cells, contributes to maintaining a healthy weight. Tea has a strong laxative effect.
Method of use:
1 table spoon from the herbal mixture is boiled in 250 ml of boiling water. Left 1 min. then strain. The resulting amount is drunk once, in the evening before going to bed.
Ingredients:
fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare), steelworm root (Ononis spinose), mallow leaf (Malva sylvestris), bearberry leaf (Arctostaphylos uva-ursi), lavender flower (Lavandula latifolia), senna leaf (Cassia senna), buckthorn bark (Rhamnus frangula), rhubarb root (Rheum officinale), leaves and rosebud (Rosa).
